Once you hit your cap, you’ll receive 100% commission for the remainder of the calendar year. Your cap resets on January 1st every year.
70/30 SPLIT

Our Realtors® receive 70% of the total commission until their cap is paid in full. Once you hit your cap, enjoy 100% commission for the rest of the year.
MONTHLY FEES

There are none! You read that right. Absolutely zero monthly fees. We’re not getting paid unless you are. Everything you’ll see below is 100% included within your cap.
REV SHARE

Our Home is the leading edge when it comes to production. We also believe agents should be compensated for recruiting efforts. We offer 3 Tiers of Rev Share, and pay out up to $3600 / Agent recruited. Including paying out on agents they recruit as well.
