When it comes to closing, if you're a buyer who requires a home loan, the process from identifying a house to closing usually takes about 30-45 days. However, if you're a cash buyer, the timeline can be shortened to 1 to 2 weeks if desired.

How Much Does It Cost To Hire You As My Realtor?

Our Home Agents are trained to negotiate their commission at the time of making an offer so that we can be of a lesser cost to you. And no, this does not mean I am partial to the seller. In fact, I am legally obligated to represent you and have your best interests at heart. In certain cases where a property is priced exceptionally low, we may charge a minimum fee.
